Site Documentation & Existing Conditions Capture

• Capture begins with SLAM-based LiDAR scanning, 360-degree panoramic video, and photo documentation.
• We focus on hard-to-document or as-built-unknown spaces like renovations, legacy structures, campuses, industrial facilities, and infrastructure. Our service makes the most sense for projects that are 20,000 square feet or larger. We can capture single or multiple building projects.​
• ​Our teams are trained to work independently in the field and handle all documentation burdens, so Architects, Designers, and Project Managers don’t lose billable time on-site.

3D Modeling + Drawing Sets

• We deliver Revit models, floorplans, and sections built from field data to match a pre-agreed Modeling Requirements Document (MRD).
• The MRD defines scope, detail level, and element inclusion, reducing ambiguity and eliminating guesswork for downstream teams.
• Our Architectural Drawing Kickstarter™ product includes floor plans and views created specifically for fast design starts, especially for permitting, conceptual design, or feasibility studies.

360° Video Walkthroughs with Asset Tagging

• We align 360° walkthroughs with point cloud trajectories and floorplans, allowing users to navigate any site virtually.
• Walkthroughs are timestamped and location-aware, making them useful for annotating existing conditions, performing remote site verification, and supporting code review, safety audits, and conditions assessments.
• Video can be AI-tagged for assets and elements (windows, exits, MEP features), integrating into reports or dashboards.

Verification + Reporting

• Our workflows verify field conditions against planned drawings or models and tag discrepancies.
• Output includes structured reports, 3D views, and exportable data for use in QA/QC or compliance workflows.
• Supports coordination across Construction, Capital Improvements, Safety, and Facility Management teams.

OUR PROCESS: HOW WE WORK

Project Kick Off
Starting each project with a kick off meeting lets us gather customer requirements, collect any information on the project site, and hear our customer's wants and concerns. Open communication from the beginning of your project starts us out right.

On-Site Data Capture
Our Scanning Technician travels to the project site to collect measurement data for your project. Our Scanning Technicians run through equipment set up, safety checks, the data collection itself, quality checks of data on-site, and equipment tear down. They end the day with a final check of the site to make sure they haven't left anything behind or disrupted the environment, ensuring that they leave the site as they found it.

Floor Plans & Measurements
The measurement data collected on-site is then processed and given to our data modeling team. They then work to create the floorplans, MEP modeling, asset identification, etc. to meet specific customer requirements to document on-site conditions. They then deliver a first draft version of deliverables to prepare for customer review.

Customer Review
Our team then meets with the customer to review the deliverables and catch anything that might be missing or needs to be changed. We work with you to get things just right to help you get the most value out of your deliverables.

Final Deliverables
Finally, our team makes any finishing touches to your deliverables and presents final versions of your data. After that, our team is always available for questions that may come up after your project is complete.
