Architectural CAD Drafter

You would be contributing 3D CAD drafting and Revit modeling to our ongoing Federal government and commercial client projects. The majority of your work would be 3D modeling off of point cloud data. We predominantly work on Architecture & Engineering building and renovation projects, including but not limited to:

Then, we’re looking for you to join our Site Scout 360 team!
You would be contributing 3D CAD drafting and Revit modeling to our ongoing Federal government and commercial client projects. The majority of your work would be 3D modeling off of point cloud data. We predominantly work on Architecture & Engineering building and renovation projects, including but not limited to:
- Office space
- Warehouse space
- Restaurant and retail space
- Waterfront structures
- Military installations
We’re looking for someone that has 2-4 years of experience with:
- AutoCAD
- Revit
- 3D modeling of structures, buildings, and equipment
- Creating floor plans in Revit
You must also be:
- Able to travel throughout the United States (there is a chance of travel to onsite project locations)
- A U.S. Citizen (Due to our contract work with the Federal government, U.S. Citizenship is required.)
- Fully vaccinated for COVID-19
It would be a plus if you also have experience with:
- Structural engineering
- Point Cloud data
- 3D technology, Lidar, and laser scanning equipment
